Here it is !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! not much in the way of surprises...kind of a blend of the CLA and a shrunken E-class. Since I broker deals on these all the time; I'm sure this next generation will be popular with my clients as well. Speaking of the CLA I sat in my dad's yesterday, it looks sharp but much tighter on the inside than I expected.

Will the manual still be an option, or is it DOA?

Manual option in the US has been dead for awhile, once they did the face lift on the W204 they dropped the 6MT option.

Damn, I thought it was still available. Some one needs to do a review of one here. I want to know what it's like driving a Mercedes with 4 pedals.

4 pedals? Image got Kinja'd. From what I have heard the gear-box was ok but not great. I'm sure some of our Eurpean opponauts have driven a 3-pedal C-class I did a quick spin review of a C300 4matic but that was an auto.

That looks suspiciously Hyundai-like.
I know that inside it isn't, and there are probably better pictures, but damn if that doesn't give me the Hyundai vibe.

I'm not seeing Hyundai...well maybe a little Elantra GT and new Genesis, but that is a stretch IMO, then again I haven't had enough coffee today so I'm not too sharp right now.

Oh look. The new E-class. Nope, it's a CLA. Oh no, it's a CLE.
Mercedes-Benz is going 1973 again. And when I say that, I don't mean that their cars are reliable as fuck. I mean that their cars look all the same.

The lack of caffeine is probably why I'm seeing a Hyundai

Mercedes has gone back to making the C class looking like a baby S class.

Need a shot of the rear before I judge it. Not a huge fan of this saggin' ass that Merc has gone with lately

I think it looks more like an S-Class. The rear end is almost indistinguishable to me. Looks like Merc's going down the route of Audi and also Cadillac, whose ATS and CTS look the same to me.

It looks good. Way better than the current W204 in my opinion.

The ATS looks very different from the CTS. ATS and XTS would be a better example IMO.

Side by side I can tell them apart. But the other day Jalopnik had a test of the CTS and it took me a while to realize that this car wasn't Caddys new entry level model. Haven't seen them live tho. On pictures, the A4 and A8 look pretty much the same to me. But live I can see that there's a difference in size.
